## ZERO-TRUST

Infrastructure for offices, venues, and growing teams. Zero-trust posture, segmented networks, identity-first access — run on evidence and telemetry.

## THE EVIDENCE

A flat network, re-drawn as zero-trust.

A major Ontario venue ran public Wi-Fi, ticketing, operational systems, and back-office on one flat network. We redesigned it to a VLAN-per-tier, identity-first architecture — segmented and deny-by-default — and cut it over across four event weeks without once using the rollback plan. Uptime held at 100% across the four public events after cutover. The before/after is in the case study.
